On Thursday we laid my grandad to rest. He was such an important person to me. I will miss him so much. Where is his soul now? I don’t know but he will live forever in my memories. He was such a huge character who will be impossible to forget. I wish I had had more time to chat with him. But I know I will hear stories about him for years.
I am glad that I got to be there yesterday to say goodbye to him. Surrounded by my family, all supporting each other. It was amazingly nice and comforting.
Rest easy, grandad. You are deeply loved.
