Rachel brings extensive experience in the charity sector, having worked in local, national, and overseas development organisations. Her diverse roles span communications, fundraising, programme design, service delivery, finance and governance. She has also pursued additional training in GDPR and the Freedom of Information Act to deepen her expertise. At AsIAm, Rachel is driven by a passion for transparency and accountability. She enjoys translating complex regulations into clear, practical processes and tools. Her goal is to work collaboratively to ensure that the area of compliance is relevant and manageable for each team – so they can focus on delivering impactful services across Ireland. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time in nature with her dog, swimming, and salsa dancing.
