Rachel joined the team in 2024 as Adult Support and Wellbeing Officer. Rachel’s role involves creating inclusive spaces for autistic adults to connect, socialise and gain new skills. As an autistic individual and parent to neurodiverse children, she has been involved in activism and advocacy throughout her life. Her professional background is diverse ranging from musician to involvement in public policy and disability within the nonprofit space in Ireland. Rachel has a degree in Sociology and Social Policy (TCD), Master of Public Policy (UCD) and Innovation and Entrepreneurship UG Cert (TCD). Rachel’s interests include live music, public policy and human rights, education, and travel.
